Jerry has been fitting carpets & vinyl for over 30 years. His wealth of experience, and honest approach to his work means he takes pride in every job; from the smallest bathroom to the largest room in the house. He cares about each job and the finish has to be perfect. Jerry always puts his customers first and is very good at advising and discussing the details when he comes to measure as to what will work best.
Lisa has worked in the retail sector of the carpet trade since she was 17 years old. She has a good eye for colour, and a great understanding and in-depth knowledge of her stock.
Customer service is priority to Lisa, and she will help each customer to choose the perfect flooring for their home. This pride in her work continues to the after sales care where nothing is too much trouble, and she loves to see the pictures of each room once completed.
Sheila cares for the administration. She has gained varied experience working in fashion retail management for many years, where she had some inspirational mentors. She has supported & helped Lisa and Jerry set up and manage the business.
Sheila loves interior design and makes soft furnishings known as the ‘Florence & Annie’ range of cushions, and Made-to-Measure roman blinds & curtains, which now runs alongside her admin role at J H Halling Carpets & Flooring.
Gemma helps manage the new ‘House 2 Home’ range of home décor, accessories, and gifts at Criftons Fold Yard, as well as managing our little shop @58 High street
